Map

The map below shows the location of the Society’s sites in the area surrounding Matlock: Cromford Mill, Lumsdale Valley, Slinter Woodland and Dunsley Meadows. Each is marked with a blue pin.
If you click on a blue pin, a box will open up giving brief information on that site. The box also provides some other useful facilities such as sending the map by e-mail or getting directions to that site. Whenever you click on a blue pin the map will change. To return to the original map, click on the Refresh button in your browser.
To locate a particular site, click on the 'View Arkwright Society in a larger map' blue link immediately below the bottom left cormer of the map. This will show the map together with a list of the sites: click on the blue pin in the list against the site of interest. When you have finished, click on the back button of your browser to return to this page.
