A Walk through Slinter Woods and Dunsley Meadows

Our woodland and meadows are special places. We wish to explain why. The walk explores the landscape of this formerly industrial valley with its mosaic of habitats, some of great antiquity and many increasingly scarce. Our management of Slinter Wood is grant aided by the Forestry Commission. Meet outside the Greyhound Public House, Market Place, Cromford.
